Whoever waters the ground, will be able to step on a wet ground.

 

Meaning:

This proverb explains that there is need to do something before getting a result. It simply means that we must sow first in order to reap. It will be insanity to acquire a farmland and then hope for a produce without cultivation, planting, weeding and the rest. All that will be seen on such a piece of land would be giant weeds.

It preaches taking action in the right direction, as it drives ones way into excellent actualization.
